Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: December 30, 2018

We are running a new group matchplay tournament that we haven't done before. We will play 8 qualifying rounds of group matchplay awarding points like a league night but with IFPA scoring of 7 points for 1st,5 points for 2nd, 3 points for 3rd and 1 point for 4th (Groups of three would be 7 1st, 4 2nd, 1 3rd) After 8 rounds we will take the top 16 into the playoff round. And this time instead of a head to head matchplay finals we are going to have a PAPA style group elimination bracket (A single-elimination group bracket pairs people up in groups of four. Top two players in each group advances to the next round) Until the final group of 4 and then they battle for 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th. Tournament starts at 1pm and goes til 5:30pm.
