GENERAL INFORMATION:

Tournament Director: Jimmy Nails and Jason Lambert.

Tournament location: New Farm Bowls Club, 969 Brunswick St, New Farm, QLD 4005

Tournament Date/s: Thursday, 19th July 2018.

Tournament times: 4pm until late.

There will be payouts for finalists and prizes for players in their best 'golfing' attire on the evening.

There is no need to pre-register for this event, simply turn up on the day.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT DETAILS:

Qualifying will take place on Thursday 19th July from 4pm-10pm.
After 10pm, no more qualifying games may commence.
18 different Pin-Golf holes will be played.

The top 8 players on Pin-Golf qualifying score will advance to finals.

Finals will start sometime just after 9pm.
Players will be split into 2 groups of 4 in Slaughter format (1,4,5,8 & 2,3,6,7).
Each group will play 3 Pin-Golf holes drawn at random, with the lowest 2 scores in each group advancing through the final round.

The final round will see another 3 Pin-Golf holes drawn at random, with the lowest score being declared the winner.

Ties for any placings in the Top 8 during qualifying, or to determine who advances into the next rounds of finals will be decided by a single game playoff drawn on a random Pin-Golf hole until broken.
