Entry fee for the tournament is $5, which will be donated to the Cleveland Food Bank. There will be no prize money, only glory and trophies to be won!

11am - Registration opens and practice session begins
12pm - Qualifying round begins
3pm - Cutoff time for registration
3:15pm - Final cutoff to begin a qualifying round
Approx. 5pm - Playoffs begin (or within 15 minutes after the final qualifying group finishes)

Games will be set to 5 ball.

Qualifying is a round of 9 holes. Players may only attempt the qualifying round one time and may not purchase an additional entry.

Playoffs will be in "PinGolf match play" format
Groups of 4 will be formed based on seeding from qualifying results
Groups will play 3 games in PinGolf format with the same goals as the qualifying round
Top seed in each group will have priority to select the games played in the round
The top two scores will advance to the next round

A Division playoffs
32+ players - Top 16 advance
24-31 players - Top 12 advance ( Top 4 receive first round bye)
16-23 players - Top 8 advance

B Division playoffs
Top 4 qualifiers who did not make the cut to A Division
(Top 1000 IFPA ranked players are ineligible for B)

Official game list and target scores will be posted on the Facebook event page the week of the event.

All goals will be SCORE BASED with a stroke range of 6-10 if you fall short of the target.
