LOCATION - daytona arcade museum
START TIME - 10:30am
COST - 30$
match play tournament set up just like pinburgh. groups are 4 people playing 4 games in that round. one of which will be an EM, an early solid state, and a modern, and another from any era.
top seed will get choice of position/game then 2nd seed and so on. for the 2nd game played of round the 2nd seed at the start of group will choose first, then the 3rd seed and so on. until the round is complete with 4 games played.
after the 4 game round is complete scores will be tallied and rounds will be seeded based on standings with groups consisting of players that are bracketed together points wise.
top of the field will be subject to 3 player groups if necessary, points for games in finishing positions are as follows-
(4 person group)
1st - 4
2nd - 3
3rd - 2
4th - 1
(3 player group)
1st - 3
2nd - 2
3rd - 1
there will be 5 rounds played for a total of 12 games in qualifying bracket before a finals.
finals will consist of half of the field of players, with byes for top players if finals consist of 12 players or more.
