This will be a 3 strike knockout group matchplay tournament for IFPA points and trophies. Entry fee is $5 + coin drop. Trophies, not plaques, will be awarded for 1st-4th places. I will subtract the cost of the trophies from the total amount from the tournament pool and will award cash payouts for 1st-3rd places (1st-60%, 2nd-30%, 3rd-10%)

Players will be randomly paired into groups of 3 or 4 players depending upon attendance total. In a 4 player group, the players with the two highest scores will not receive a strike. The 2 lower players will receive a strike. In a 3 player group, the player with the lowest score will receive a strike and the two highest scorers will not. Play will continue until there is only one player left without 3 strikes.

An alternate tournament director will assist me in making any ruling concerning a conflict of interest involving the TD.
