8 rounds of swiss style match play. Then gauntlet style finals/semifinals, top 2 seeded players from match play get buys into finals. Half of the remaining players will play through a gauntlet starting with the 4 lowest seeded players, with 2 players moving on to play the next 2 higher seeded players.
