Syracuse Pin-baseball Open

Let's get ready to kick off the 2016 baseball season with a rescheduled pinball tournament!

Saturday 4/2/2016 @ 12:00PM (Doors open)
Tournament games start at 1:00 PM
Location: My house
Entry fee $5 - No limit on players (within reason)
Minimum 10 full games of pinball plus playoffs
Cutoff for new entrants will be 4:00 PM

This will baseball themed pinball tournament that will essentially be the opposite of pingolf. There will be 9 games (innings) with a target score which will earn you a point (runs) if you reach it and additional runs for each multiple of it you achieve. For example if the game has a target score of 100,000 and you score 555,550 you would earn 5 runs for that inning. So do as much damage as you can with your 3 balls (outs) each inning!

There will also be one batting practice/home run derby game where additional runs can be added based on achieving event-based goals.

The top 6 players (one-game tiebreaker if needed) in total runs scored will move on to the playoffs, with the top 2 getting a first round bye. Each round of playoffs will be a best of 5 head to head match. The higher seeded player will have home field advantage with choice of game and order for the first game, then it will alternate.

Prize payouts to the top 4 places - 40%, 30%, 20%, 10%
