Tournament Overview


Start Date: August 31, 2016
End Date: September 29, 2016

Each player will play one game on a minimum of 7 machines from a total bank of machines each Wednesday (any time between 5PM to 10PM) through the month, and will be ranked as per the score on each machine, e.g. if 20 players participate the highest scoring player gets 20 points, second highest 19, etc.

The points of all machines played on all Wednesdays are tallied and the top 8 players will advance to compete in the Pinball HQ Masters Final, held on the last Thursday of the month, starting 6:30PM sharp.

FINALS: (Top 8) (4,2,1, 0 scoring)
Round 1 - Qualifying Round: (players 1,2,3,4) play 3 x 4player games, top two proceed to ROUND 3 - Final, bottom two proceed to ROUND 2 - Semi Final
Round 1 - Elimination Round: (players 5,6,7,8) play 3 x 4player games, top two proceed to ROUND 2 - Semi Final, bottom 2 are eliminated
Round 2 - Semi Final: play 3 x 4player games, top two proceed to the ROUND 3 - Final, bottom 2 are eliminated
Round 3 - Final: play 3 x 4player games, player 1 and 2 from Qualifying round and players 1 and 2 from Semi Final.

We will also keep separate weekly/monthly/yearly tally as well. There is a prize awarded for the player of the month and for the best female player of the month.

Additional notes:

Top 16 players will also qualify for the Grand Final in December 2016 for their chance to win a pinball machine. Only the Wednesday qualifiers will be taken, the results for he Pinball HQ Masters will have no effect on the section of the top 16.
