Critical Hit Matchplay pinball tournament
Tournament augmentation - based on Critical Hit cards. The chosen magical mystical tokens will be given to each player upon registration.

If 24+ players top 8 move to semi-finals, otherwise top 4 move to finals. Eight player finals would be multi-matchplay banks of four games. Four player finals would be 3 games, picked by process of elimination by finalists.
