IFPA Ontario Provincial Championship, January 17, 2026

This is INVITE ONLY for the top 24 players in Ontario from 2025.

Location: OTTAWA PINBALL ARCADE.
2559 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON

Time: noon. Doors open at 11am for an hour of practice, check-in by 11:45am. Owner Mike Loftus has graciously offered to close the venue to the public for our players (thank you!).

Announcements and tournament start at noon. (Note: there's an additional/optional Friday night tournament at 7pm on Jan. 16 to practice).

The top 24 players in Ontario as of January 1st, 2026 will be invited to play in the provincial championship. Top 8 receive first round byes.

The tournament will be a head-to-head, single elimination bracket with best-of-7 matches using 3 eras of machines (Old, Mid, New). Prior to each Head-to-Head matchup each player will select one game from each era. These are the only games available to them in their matchup unless Game 6 ends in a 3-3 tie. If this happens, a one game tie breaker will be played. Any game (any era) not previously used in the round will be available for the 7th game tiebreaker.

NEW! This year, the top 25% of finishers will be invited to the first ever IFPA Canadian National Pinball Championship (CNPC), Feb. 19-22/26 in Sherwood Park, AB. This is by invite only for the 48 participants. See more on the CNPC here:

The sole winner of the Ontario Finals will also represent Ontario at the North American Championship Series, Thursday, March 5/26 at ORD Pinball in West Chicago, IL.
