The qualifier is played as a best game qualifier in Matchplay, where the participant plays all games (the exact number will be announced closer to SM) that are part of the competition. A scorekeeper is present at the games.Placement points are awarded like in Eurovision... The highest score in a game gets 12 points, then 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 point. Others receive 0 points. If players have the same total points, ranking for the playoffs is determined in favor of the one with the most 12s, etc. If it concerns playoff spots, it will be resolved through a tiebreaker on a randomly drawn reserve game.The qualifier runs until 5:00 PM on Saturday. The eight best players will face off in a best of three where the playoffs start at 7:00 PM on Saturday evening.
