Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: October 08, 2025
Progressive Strikes Tournament consisting of group match play in groups of 4 players (and 3 players as well if the total number of players is not divisible by 4). Maximum of 32 players are allowed in the tournament. Cost to enter: $10. Tournament will be held at Eight on the Break in Dunellen, NJ starting at 7:30 PM. No preregistration necessary.
For 4-player groups, players will receive no strikes for coming in first within their group, 1 strike for coming in second, 2 strikes for coming in third, and 3 strikes for coming in last. For 3-player groups, players will receive no strikes for coming in first in their group, 1 strike for coming in second, and 2 strikes for coming in last. For 2-player groups (first when there are five players left then when two players are left), the winner gets no strikes, and the loser gets 1 strike. Once a player has 7 or more strikes, they are eliminated from the tournament. The MatchPlay software will handle the tallying of the strikes that each player gets. The tournament is over when there is one player remaining.
Top 4 players get a medal and the top 4-8 players (depending on the number of players participating) get a cash prize as well.
