2007 Player of the Year – Mats Runsten

mats.jpgWhile the rankings incorporate three years worth of weighted data to determine who is #1, the IFPA wanted to recognize the player with the most WPPR points received during the calendar year. In 2007, this player was Mats Runsten. Mats won 6 tournaments in 2007, including sweeping the Open and Classics divisions at the Stockholm Pinball Open. Mats will receive his award at the IFPA 5 World Pinball Championship this Spring. Join us in wishing Mats congratulations!

Top 15 events rule now in effect

Just wanted to make an official announcement that the adjustments have been made to the rankings to incorporate the best 15 events for each player over the past rolling three year period. Any questions about it, please email the IFPA!
