2018 Fort Wayne Pinball Wizard's World Championship.
Sunday Dec 30, 2018 1pm
Tournament will be open to everyone but be limited to 60 people.
The top 24 Fort Wayne Pinball Wizard's World Tournament Players for 2018 will participate in a PAPA style format finals.
4 player groups will play 3 matches with a 4, 2, 1, 0 scoring format.
Top two scores from each group will move on to the next round.
This is a seeded Tournament. The top 8 seeds will receive a bye in round 1.
The finals will last a total of 4 rounds.
8 eliminated in round 1, position 17-24 will be determined by the losers seed.
8 eliminated in round 4, position 9-16 will be determined by the losers seed.
4 eliminated in round 3, position 5-8 will be determined by the losers seed.
Round 4 will determine 1st through 4th place.
1 game playoffs will be used for tie-breakers if it is needed to determine which player moves on.
All ties in round 4 will use the same tie-breaker format if needed.
Fort Wayne Pinball Wizard's World Arcade will provide a trophy for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Coin drop will be required as well as the $1 IFPA Fee
