Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: December 07, 2014

Francesco with collaboration of operator/ officer and the Owner and the Manager of the place , will have a great day of pinball in this great place .

PERIODIC TOURNAMENT : FREE ENTRY or $ 1 (winner takes it all ! ) This is also an IFPA periodic points value tournament ( 1/4 of annual ) .
Tournament will consist of 1 game on each machine where top score overall will get 100 points, 2nd place 90 points , 3rd place 85 points,4th place 84 etc ...The scores combine will get your total.
If less than 5 machines then you will play 2 games on each machine at same time and your best score will be the one you will keep . You will play by yourself or with someone else and Director will decide .

All machines will be on coin drop and you can practice until start of tourney ,after that time any player that is playing in the tournament and is not playing for qualifying will get 0 on the machine is practicing . Note as RULE : if you want to play in the tournament and you want to practice do it before 5 :30 pm . If you practice after that time and decide then to play you will get 0 for any machine I personally saw you were practicing on and if you will need to play 2 games on each then the penalty will be just 1 game that you will be allow to play ! No exception !
NOT Practice after tournament starts at 5:30 pm !!!
Note : i will get people in the tournament until 7:00 pm .
PAPA rules will be applied ! For the Tilt( in case you tilt someone else game) PAPA rules will be applied after the qualifications( if you tilt someone else ball you will get Zero or finish last !) . During qualifications : if you tilt the game of someone you will get a 0 (zero) points for the game that caused the tilt ( if same player will tilt again in another game or on the same game then he will get 0 in both , if will do for 3dr time he/she will be disqualified !): .For the offended player we will try to "add" a ball in play where is possible and if not possible then he will play 1 ball by himself in 1 new game paid by the offender or i might ask if wants to repeat all game etc .. ! It might also happen that i not gonna do finals but keep it as it is depends if all players are willing to wait or not .
Slam tilt any game will get you 0 (Zero) in both your games !
No extra balls , if you get an extra ball you must plunge and walk away without touching flippers or machine ( if you fail to do so you will get a penalty of 25% of your best score !!!! ) . If machines are Stern like this place then manually they must be put in tournament mode ( by press both flippers to go in competition mode ) , any other places will be given instruction since i might have the keys etc .
If one or more machine fail before or after start of tourney i will say what will be the rules ( possibly play an alternate machine where possible ) or play one extra game on one machine or keep just the scores recorded ( for example if 4 machines present and when last 2 players are playing and one machine breaks since the operator wont be there most likely then if all other players are there then everyone will play just 1 as in one more game in another machine and the scores of the machine broken will be out ! If 5 or more than we will play an alternate machine if more than 7 machines available , if less we will play twice another machine )
In case of game malfunctions, PAPA rules will be applied as well.
Prizes : if any money involved then winner will take it all on $1 entry .
If not money involved than winner will get prizes offer by Modern Pinball NYC or place .
