The Western Canadian Pinball Championships at YEGPIN - 2018 Edmonton Pinball and Arcade Expo

Main entries will be sold on-site. Entries count toward both Main, Novice and Women's divisions. Main will be run as a best game qualification on an 10-game bank, where your best 6 games count. Scoring on each game will work as follows: 200 pts for 1st place, 190 pts for 2nd place, 185 pts for 3rd place, 184 pts for 4th place, etc.

Qualifying runs from 11am-9:30 PM Friday, and 9:00AM - 9:30PM Saturday.

Finals starts at 9:00 AM Sunday for the top qualified players in each division. Main draw players will play in 4-player groups with the top 8 players earning a bye for the first round. Novice Division players cannot earn byes. Groups will play 3-game PAPA-style sets (4-2-1-0 scoring) with the top 2 players from each group moving on to the next round. Standings for eliminated players will be based on points earned in the groups. Top seed in each group will have choice of game or order, with choice of position going to the next best seeded players for every game in the set. In future rounds, a player cannot pick the same machine to start.
