8 weeks of regular season play, 4 games per week. Your best 6 weeks are compared with everyone else's best six weeks, pingolf style, 4 games per week.

The top 16 at the end of the season play in the finals, and the next 16 will play in a B-Division (non-IFPA), both scheduled to happen Saturday, May 10th @ 1PM. It will be matchplay grouping, pingolf scoring, top 2 advance in each round. The highest seed in each group selects games and order, but cannot select the same game more than once at any point.

This is also a team event. The top 4 teams after 8 weeks of play will also square off in the finals, also scheduled to take place the same day @ 10AM.

======= SIDE NOTE ========

Due to IFPA rules, we are not allowed to have a pingolf league larger than 49 players, which simultaneously hurts our business and doesn't help foster growth of the sport. I do not know why the IFPA makes such rules seemingly arbitrarily, but we are forced to recognize them if want to participate.

That being said, we now must have (*sigh...*) a sign up for this league beginning on Saturday, February 1st. It will be posted on Facebook and in the newsletter (sign up @ www.ThePinballCoOp.com) and will remain open until the league fills, capped at 49 players.

Here's hoping that this player-limit is one day lifted so we can grow our business AND bring even more people into the game.
