The format is double-elimination with random initial seeding. In each match, paired players will play up to two games each on a randomly-selected machine, and the higher score across the two games will count. (Once there are 4 players remaining, only 1 game per round will be played - in the interest of time). Pre-registration is not necessary; however, due to the elimination format of the tournament, late entries usually cannot be accommodated.
