Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: July 21, 2024
Join us for a fun and competitive event, mixing Modern and Classic game every round! This will be a max value event, schedule to hit 200% TGP.
Registration opens at 11:30 AM.
The tournament starts at 12PM sharp.
Registration is $10 each.
There is a 64 player cap.
We will have 5 rounds of qualifying with 2 games per round (balanced player and arena selection), one Modern game and one Classic game. Each round will be scored 5-3-2-1 for a 4-player game (5-3-1 in 3 player group) with the top 16 players making the finals (if 32 or more players total, if less, top 12, if 24, top 8 if 16 players to meet the 50% rule).
The finals will be groups of 4 players playing 5 games in pre-made banks (2 New and 3 Classic machines). Each game will be scored 5-3-2-1 with the top 2 players of each group moving onto the next round.
Top seed can choose their bank (bank can only be chosen once for the whole finals) and the first game position. Following game choice is based on reverse order of last game finishing position.
Any major tie breaker to move onto the next round or for first place will be decided on a random Classic game drawn by the TD, position will also be random.
