Tournament Overview

Start Date: January 11, 2017
End Date: March 22, 2017

Season 8 of the Boulder Pinball League will run on Wednesdays, 7:30pm at Press Play, from January 11th through March 22nd. The first Wednesday of each month (Feb 1st & March 1st) will be skipped due to the Press Play Monthly Tournament being run on those days.

$30 entry fee collected the first week. All money goes to the prizepool, which will be returned to the players at the end of the season. First time BPL players get $30 in free pinball credits which can be used anytime.

The regular season will last 8 weeks. Final standings then will be submitted to the IFPA for WPPR points. The 9th week will be a finals tournament, where all the entry fees will be returned to whomever performs best at the tournament.

Each week, five machines are chosen, and players will be put into groups of four, grouped by current standings. Each foursome plays all five of the machines. 4 points for 1st, 3 points for 2nd, 2 points for 3rd, and 1 point for 4th. Standings are based on your average points per game, and groups are formed by placing players into the group closest in ability. All abilities are welcome.
