We are excited to invite everyone to the return of the Bat City Open! We anticipate three tournaments over three days held at the Austin Pinball Collective.

Event Fee for all participants is $50. This will be contributed to IFPA fees, trophy costs, and directly to the prize pools for multiple tournaments.
Members of Austin Pinball Collective will not be required to pay for entry to the venue.
Entry to the venue for non-members is an additional $40.

There is an 80 person player cap; 72 spots will be available when registration opens. 8 spots are reserved for TD's and operational staff.

Registration opens on 11/1/2025 @ 11 AM and will be completed via Matchplay.

It is anticipated that there will be an 8 game bank across Old/Mid/New eras. 5 games will contribute. Qualifying is anticipated to run from 12 PM - 10 PM on 12/12/2025, 10 AM - 10 PM on 12/13/2025, and 10 AM - 1 PM on 12/14/2025. Finals will start on 12/14/2025 after the conclusion of the Mega Matchplay Finals.

Each participate will receive 5 initial entries. Unlimited additional entries will be available for purchase. The cost of additional entries will be split between the prize pool and the Austin Pinball Collective.

Finals is anticipated to have an A and B Division. Top 8 will play in PAPA finals (A Division). Four additional players will play in a PAPA finals (B Division). B Division may be rank-restricted based on player registration. Scheduling and finals format may change based on TD discretion.
