Chasing Ghosts: Beyond the Arcade – Chicago United Film Festival – September 9, 2011
The Chicago United Film Festival is pleased to be returning to the Music Box Theatre for its third year with a great lineup of classic films and premieres, including the documentary Chasing Ghosts: Beyond the Arcade, which takes an in-depth look at the 1982’s Video Game World Champions as they share their philosophies on joysticks, groupies and life. Director Lincoln Ruchti takes us on a wild ride through the lives of the first arcade celebrities, resulting in an eye-popping collage of retrogaming goodness. A can’t miss look at an incredible era for all gaming fans.
