GENERAL INFORMATION:
Tournament Director: James Todd.
Tournament location: The Basement, 2 Cohen Street Belconnen ACT 2617
Tournament times: 7:30pm start.
Tournament Entry Fee: $10 per person to cover game costs and cash prizes.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT DETAILS:
Players will be sorted into groups of 4 at random by the Matchplay software at the start of first round (plus any groups of 3). Swiss grouping will be used for subsequent rounds.
Players will play 4 rounds of 1 game, using the 'IFPA' points system on Matchplay (7/5/3/1) (guaranteed 4 games for ALL players, unless of late arrival).
The player with the most points earned after 4 games have been played will be declared the winner.
In the event of a tie for first place, a single-game tie-breaker match will be held to determine the tournament winner.
Ties for other places will stand as they are.
